Great to meet you!

While a guest lecturer at Stanford, I became familiar with the importance of solid mental health practices.

I began a private practice 15 years ago where I work with those seeking to improve their lives and manage difficult life situations.

My approach to therapy

I believe that all who come to counseling possess a strength and courage that allows them to create a better and more fulfilling life.

I believe the counseling relationship involves working together to develop a plan for your continued improvement in your life journey.

What you can expect from me

I join with the client in setting goals and making plans for improvement. I provide resources and ideas to allow each client to feel empowered to achieve their goals. This may include a listening ear when needed and assignments we agree upon to help you move closer to the goals you desire.
