Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Robert and I am a Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I take a solution focused approach and integrate mindfulness-based techniques to target areas of growth. I work to understand what it is you are hoping to achieve in therapy and use what works best for you to get you there!

My approach to therapy

My approach involves identifying and addressing the most prominent challenges impacting you in a thoughtful, person-centered approach. Together, we can work to understand your strengths, your barriers, and your ideal outcomes to boost overall life enjoyment. As a social worker, I also enjoy helping folks navigate the complexities of receiving helpful care.

What you can expect from me

Life is a journey and can be a challenging road full of good and bad, understanding how to navigate this journey is rarely easy. You may be seeking out therapy out of desire for a more fulfilling life, or perhaps a desire for the strength to simply stay afloat more than one a day at a time. Whatever the reason is, I am here to guide and support you along your journey in a comfortable and non-judgmental way, while using tools, techniques, and evidence-based practices. You are the expert in your journey, and you are capable of positive change.
