I’m Rob Wolf, a queer-identified, Neurodivergent, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in Trauma-Informed care and Sex Therapy. I specialize in working with LGBTQAI+ adults (especially Trans and gender nonconforming folks) as well as Neurodivergent people. That being said, I welcome ALL types of people in my practice.

I offer therapy from a holistic therapeutic approach. Together we'll explore how your mind, body, and spirit are navigating the complex intersections of identity, relationships, trauma, and emotional wellbeing, shaping the way you live, love, and connect.

I offer an affirming, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I bring heart, advocacy, and humor to therapy. I'm Poly, CNM, kink friendly, sex worker allied. I work from a social justice perspective, addressing how systemic inequalities and societal factors impact clients' well-being.

I take a prescriptive approach to therapy which means I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches to develop a treatment plan that's uniquely suited to your needs, your life, aspirations, lived experiences and values. Sometimes that looks like examining cognitive biases and meaning making. Sometimes that looks like working with the body to repair damage to the nervous system so that you can live with less anxiety and stress. I have a passion for this field so I'm always learning, acquiring new tools and knowledge to better serve my clients.
