Great to meet you!

Getting mental health care shouldn’t mean taking time off work or rearranging your life. I offer convenient telehealth appointments during evenings and weekends, making it easier to get the support you need when it works for your schedule.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, stress, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis. I believe effective mental health care starts with listening, understanding your unique experiences, and creating a treatment plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapeutic interventions to help you achieve meaningful and lasting improvement. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

Together, we’ll work to reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, we’ll discuss your symptoms, concerns, treatment goals, and personal history to gain a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we’ll review treatment options and create a personalized plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the path forward.
