Great to meet you!

Robert Young brings over 20 years of experience in the drug and alcohol treatment field, specializing in adult, adolescent, veteran (OIF/OEF), and LGBTQIA+ populations. He is also a certified sexual addiction therapist, utilizing the 30-task model to guide individuals through sex and chemsex addiction recovery.

My approach to therapy

My first priority is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. I see therapy as a team effort, where we'll work together using a clear, step-by-step approach to navigate the path to recovery. My ultimate goal is to empower you to build a healthier, more authentic life, and I'm here to guide you along the way.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as the first step on a new path, taken together. My main focus will be on creating a warm and comfortable space where you can begin to share your journey, without any judgment or expectation. We will simply talk, explore what brought you to therapy, and most importantly, ensure you feel that this is the right place for you to heal and grow.
