Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Rob Zeglin. I’m a licensed mental health counselor and certified sex therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, relationships, sexual health, and life transitions. I’m also a professor, researcher, and advocate for pilot mental health and workplace wellness. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical; I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with the things that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, conversational approach to therapy. I integrate Schema Therapy, CBT, and person-centered techniques, tailoring each session to your goals and values. I specialize in sexual health and work frequently with individuals navigating intimacy, identity, or desire. I also support pilots, first responders, public administrators, other security-aware professionals managing high-stakes roles where trust and discretion matter. I work with curiosity, humor, and honesty, helping you explore patterns, make meaning of your experiences, and move toward change. Whether we’re unpacking long-standing dynamics or navigating a current challenge, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, stronger coping tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and gently challenging. You can expect to feel supported and engaged, whether you're seeking insight, relief, or a path forward that feels more aligned with who you are.
