Great to meet you!

You've probably spent a long time feeling like you're just barely keeping up — even when, from the outside, you look fine. Maybe you've always felt like too much, or not quite enough. Like you had to earn your place in every room, every relationship, every version of yourself. And you're just exhausted.

I work with adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and ADHD — people who are self-aware enough to know something needs to change, and tired enough to finally do something about it. Many of my clients carry the weight of family expectations, cultural pressures, or years of masking who they really are. They don't always have words for it yet. That's okay. That's what we're here for.

I'm direct, warm, and honest about what I see. I won't just reflect your words back at you — I'll help you understand where you came from well enough to stop being controlled by it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative because you are. I draw from IFS, somatic work, CBT, ACT, DBT skills, and psychodynamic insight — not because I'm throwing everything at the wall, but because different parts of you need different things at different times. In some sessions, we work on the here and now. Some we go deeper. Usually, both in the same week, because life doesn't pause while you're healing.

What you can expect from me

Honesty, warmth, and directness. I'll name what I see — gently, but clearly. We'll work on what's pressing right now while also understanding what's been driving it for years. You won't be pathologized, talked down to, or handed a worksheet when what you need is to actually be seen. I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to help you figure out what you actually want — and give yourself permission to want it
