Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rob, a queer, first-gen therapist who believes healing gets to be real, affirming, and a little bit rebellious. I specialize in helping LGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC clients, and anyone who’s tired of shrinking themselves just to survive.

In our work together, I’ll bring a mix of humor, cultural humility, and evidence-based tools (think CBT, mindfulness, and the occasional “yes, that is a boundary”). I offer supportive structure and psychoeducation when it’s helpful, not to overwhelm you, but to help things make sense. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, or relationships that feel more confusing than comforting, we’ll create space for insight, emotion, and growth.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to explain why something hurt before being heard, you're in the right place. Let’s spill the T and heal the heart.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in authenticity. I integrate cognitive and behavioral strategies with insight-oriented work, always tailored to your needs and lived experience.

As a queer, first-generation therapist, I prioritize emotional safety, self-trust, and honoring the full complexity of who you are. I use psychoeducation thoughtfully to support clarity and growth, and I hold space with both compassion and gentle challenge. Therapy with me is an active, affirming process, grounded in respect, curiosity, and a belief in your capacity to heal.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more seen, more grounded, and more equipped with insight and tools to navigate life with intention. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to help you understand yourself more fully, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and build a relationship with yourself that’s rooted in clarity, self-compassion, and choice. You’ll walk away with language for your experience, space to feel it, and support as you move forward.
