Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy in English and Spanish to adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a place where you can speak openly, feel understood, and work toward real change. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I help clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, strengthen communication and relationships, develop healthier ways to manage stress and difficult emotions, and build greater confidence in how they approach life's challenges. I recognize that every client brings a unique story, background, and set of experiences into therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with you to understand what matters most and develop practical strategies that fit your life. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and make meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on creating meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and systematic and relational approaches, tailoring therapy to each clients individual needs, strengths, relationships, and cultural experiences. With adults and couples, I focus on improving communication, identifying patterns that may be creating stress or conflict, and developing practical tools that can be used outside of therapy. My goal is provide a comfortable space where clients feel hear while also helping them move toward the changes they want to see in their lives and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, comfortable, and judgement-free space where we'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. We'll discuss your concerns, strengths, relationships, and experiences by beginning to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
