Great to meet you!

I'm an LMFT who creates a warm, welcoming, and affirming space for every client. I'm empathetic, compassionate, and known for being kind, respectful, and honest. I believe you know yourself best, so I listen more than I talk, and I'm always focused on helping you build real agency and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic, grounded in empathy and acceptance. I use somatic and mindfulness practices, like Brainspotting, to help process trauma, alongside traditional talk therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Existential, and eclectic approaches) tailored to you. With couples, I combine somatic grounding with emotionally-focused communication.

What you can expect from me

Expect an honest, judgment-free conversation. We'll talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping for, and I'll do more listening than talking so you feel fully heard. My hope is you leave feeling supported, with a clear sense of how we'll work together going forward.
