Great to meet you!
Therapists and counselors generally view their clients based upon a particular theory or approach. This refers to a set of beliefs and assumptions that inform the way we understand our clients' problems and how we assess and treat those who come to us for help. My education and experience, as a Master in Social Work and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, have provided me with the training to work with my clients through a lens that considers multiple perspectives, is systemic, relational, focused on the present, and solution-oriented. Whether you are considering individual, couple, and/or family therapy, I maintain a deep appreciation of and respect for the uniqueness of each person and relationship.
