My approach to therapy

I utilize Person-Centered and Strength Based models with focus on a Culturally Driven approach. Understanding life transitions, societal stressors and understanding multi-system impacts to our collective mental health. Decolonizing our understanding of ourselves, our self esteem and our behaviors.
