Great to meet you!

Welcome, I believe that when one seeks counseling, it is due to an awareness that one is out of alignment. I am a spiritually driven and professionally trained Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist; licensed as a Professional Counselor, working for over 20 years. My duality of nationalities of being born in Guyana, South America and raised in New York city, provides me a realistic view of life, its challenges, and ability to transcend those challenges.

My approach to therapy

I meet people where they are and collaboratively identify a destination to wellness. I believe as sentient beings we are complex, so the approach to wellness is also complex. I have found that an eclectic use of analysis and approaches can be successful in restoring alignment of mind, body and spirit. The path to healing is at times different for people, but wellness looks the same; radiant and uplifting.

What you can expect from me

Lets pave a paths to your strength, and ability to overcoming what prevents your alignment!
