Robin Armstrong

With more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and families using a strengths-based, relational approach, I aim to help others reach their goals in a collaborative, safe space. I received my MSW from UNC Chapel Hill in 2005 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2009. While working in community mental health, I received intense training helping individuals and families shift negative interactional patterns into more functional patterns of engaging with one another.

I am open-minded, inquisitive, and collaborative. I use a compassionate and client-centered approach where I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment, empowering people to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.

During our sessions, we will work together to identify your goals. I will create a safe space to process your stress and to improve overall functioning.
