Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, adults, and couples. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, comfortable space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work through challenges without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs, goals, and experiences. I take a laid-back and supportive approach while helping clients identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, and find solutions that work for their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use outside of therapy. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and meaningful progress toward your personal goals. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable and productive.
