Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MA in Psychology in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy, and a BS in Psychology. My clinical background includes private practice, community mental health, inpatient care, crisis response, and school-based settings. I have expertise in crisis assessment and intervention, adolescent mental health, autism, and ADHD.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are navigating difficult life seasons. As a parent of children with special needs, I understand the unique challenges families face in balancing a child’s needs with their own emotional well-being. I draw on both my personal and clinical experience to help clients navigate treatment, school systems, IEPs, advocacy, and complex parenting.
