Great to meet you!

You might be feeling emotionally exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own while quietly struggling underneath the surface. Trauma, anxiety, addiction, mood instability, or relationship stress can leave you feeling stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break, even when you genuinely want things to change. At times, it may feel like you’re simply surviving instead of actually living. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to begin rebuilding stability, confidence, and trust in yourself.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance use, and emotional regulation challenges. With more than 26 years of clinical experience, my approach is grounded in compassion, accountability, and practical change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier ways of responding to stress and relationships. My work is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is supportive, direct, and focused on creating meaningful progress that carries into your daily life. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest while also being challenged toward growth in a manageable and realistic way. Together, we’ll work on improving emotional regulation, reducing self-destructive cycles, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more grounded and capable moving forward. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more empowered, resilient, and equipped to create lasting change in your life.
