Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a licensed clinical social worker and psychologist. I also have a certification in pregnancy and postpartum mental health. I specialize in perinatal mental health, mood disorder such as depression and anxiety, and relationship issues. Unfortunately, at this time I am not accepting any further EAP clients. Please also note that I do not have any availability in the evenings or weekends.

My approach to therapy

My practice specializes in depression and anxiety. I have a particular interest in working with women during pregnancy and postpartum. I also enjoy helping people have more effective relationships with others, particularly their romantic partners and family. I primarily use dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and CBT to help clients reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

I provide my clients with concrete tools and skills that they can use to improve depression and anxiety and have more satisfying relationships. My goal is to help people find wellness and balance in their lives within the context of a supportive and validating therapy relationship.
