Great to meet you!

We all face challenges throughout life. How we react and grow from these challenges is what is important. Family and friends are great supports but can't always help us find resolution. I will help you to solve problems, explore real life solutions, and identify strategies that fit the way you think and feel. I emphasize developing a strong collaborative relationship with clients within a supportive and non-judgmental context. This collaborative effort is essential in developing the strength and resilience to continue on a positive course and make lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

I am grounded in the biopsychosocial neuroscience models of human development and function. The emotional, physical, and social aspects of our lives are all important to our overall psychological health. I take these aspects into account when we formulate a plan to restore balance and wellness to your life.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families suffering from both common and uncommon life stressors, longstanding emotional issues, depression, anxiety, chronic illness and disability, family problems, workplace challenges, adjustment issues, parent/child relational issues along with multiple other emotional and psychological problems and disorders.

What you can expect from me

I am focused on outcomes and helping you to manage life in the best way possible and to be your best self. I want you to develop strategies and skills to help throughout your life's journey.
