Great to meet you!

I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I’m here to meet you with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance.

For more than 16 years, I have worked as a school counselor, supporting students and families as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and conflicts. This experience has taught me that no two people are alike—and your counseling experience should be tailored to you.

My approach is eclectic and person-centered, allowing me to draw from different counseling techniques based on your unique needs, goals, and comfort level. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, gain insight, and develop the tools you need to move forward.

Together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress and help you feel empowered to achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

As your counselor, I use a non-judgmental, client-centered approach I can assist you with developing effective coping skills & new perspectives to live your life to the fullest.

I use a blend of person centered, behavior modification interviewing, solution-focused, reality-based therapy and psychoeducation.
