I have over 20 years of experience serving queer and non-queer youth, young adults and adults overcome anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and issues related to identity, gender, adjustment to life states.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and is informed by narrative and strength based approaches, IFS, trauma and grief work, solution-focused and longer term approaches. In addition, I am a certified mindfulness based practitioner.

Working collaboratively, we will identify which obstacles you would like to address. Perhaps anxiety has impacting relationships or communication, or maybe you are ready to come out and need support in doing so. I will guide you through a system of inquiry and exploration supporting you every step of the way.
