Great to meet you!

I’m Robin Irwin, LCSW‐S, a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through grief, medical challenges, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work with a concentration in direct practice and have worked in hospitals, hospice, and healthcare leadership roles throughout my career. In my private practice, I specialize in grief and bereavement, caregiver stress, women’s mental health, and crisis support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help you process what you’re carrying and move forward with greater clarity, strength, and hope.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we’ll talk about what brings you in and what you’re hoping for. I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to begin identifying goals and next steps at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
