Great to meet you!

Do you feel stuck in stress, fear, or uncertainty? If you're finding it hard to move forward, are worried about an upcoming change, or feel trapped in frustrating patterns, you’re not alone. Many of us face moments when it feels impossible to break free from the thoughts, beliefs, or memories that hold us back. I’m here to guide you through that process and help you regain a sense of clarity, peace, and confidence. Together, we’ll uncover the blocks standing in your way and create real, lasting change, so you can thrive in all areas of your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate traditional talk therapy with a dynamic, results-driven approach focused on creating deep transformation that targets the mind, body, and nervous system. I’ve personally experienced the power of the techniques I integrate including EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Brainspotting, Relaxation techniques, and Somatic exercises, which is why I’m so passionate about offering them to you.

What you can expect from our first session

Lasting change doesn’t have to take years— with the right approach, you can see meaningful progress. I’m here to support you in creating lasting transformation. Special interest areas: midlife reinvention, PTSD, childhood trauma, and military transitioning to civilian life. I work with adult men and women. In-person therapy in Bartlett, IL and online in IL, TX, and FL.
