Robin Larkin

I help clients identify what they want their life to look like and walk the path with them on that journey. I have written two self help books: Stop Talking to Yourself and Start Listening and Between a Rock and a Hard Place: Making Choices.

I have 4 years experience in anger management and created a 26 week curriculum to augment that work. I can help people figure out the why's and how's of their anger issues and reduce anger's control on their life.

I use a Positive Psychology approach encouraging clients to use their strengths to get where they want to go. I work collaboratively with my clients because I believe my clients know themselves best. I listen and I ask questions. I hold my clients accountable to their goals which we create in session together.

My office is a no judgement space. I firmly believe everyone has the right to live their life anyway they want (as long as no one is getting hurt) and my job is to walk your path with you to get you where you want to go. I point our when you've veered off the path but again no judgement. We will focus on what you're doing well to make it easier to stay on your path.
