I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 30 years of experience in Mental health with a strong health care background. I completed my Masters degree in Social work at New York University. I specialize in working with young adults and adult clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, social anxiety, life transitions, chronic illness, loss of a loved one and facing relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate and client centered approach treating each of my clients individually. I offer a cognitive behavioral therapy approach combined with goal oriented treatment and interventions. Our sessions are confidential and conducted in a safe environment.

We will work collaboratively to review challenges, establish goals and review life challenges. We will explore your inner strengths and help you improve relationships, develop personal growth/change. My goal in treatment is for you to find your best quality of life and be able to overcome life's challenges and obstacles.
