Connection is at the heart of my work. I have an extensive background and a passion for working with Neurodivergent people, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, & general life stress.

It all begins with you. You’ve decided that there has to be a better way. There is, and I can help. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, comfortable place for you to grow. All of my clients present with unique strengths, gifts, perspectives, and stories. My job is to hear your story and help you to eliminate any barriers between you and the future that you deserve.

I believe that all meaningful change starts with being understood and heard. It is important to me that you feel safe in this process.
