Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping those who are struggling with their emotions or relationships. Whether you are experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety, challenges in your relationships, or just plain stuck in negative patterns, I can help you develop the tools you need to make changes and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. Most importantly, I provide a safe, supportive space for the therapeutic relationship. I take time to truly understand my clients' goals and we create a plan together for how to achieve them.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm, nurturing environment that will help you remember who you are and how much you can grow.

It takes courage to reach out for support. Congratulations on taking the first step!
