Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach client’s issues from a strengths perspective. My goal is to create a relaxed and safe atmosphere for you to identify and achieve your goals. Help is available whether you have a history of trauma, experience anxiety or depression, struggle with relationship issues or just need an objective sounding board to cope with the daily pressures of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to bring support and perspective to the challenges you experience and to work collaboratively to explore and work through whatever struggles you face. Together in treatment, we will collaborate on understanding and challenging the beliefs and patterns that hold you back or no longer serve you. We will also work to empower you to recognize your strengths and feel grounded in the present and hopeful about the future.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is client centered, trauma informed, and focused on fostering curiosity, open reflection, and healing. Together we will work to empower you to recognize your strengths and feel grounded in the present and hopeful about the future.
