Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for over 37 years, specializing in individual, family, and couples therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. My goal is to help clients build on their strengths, communicate more authentically, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I earned my master's degree from Smith College and completed a postgraduate fellowship at Yale University.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, relaxed, and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without fear of judgment. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we'll spend about an hour getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and gathering relevant background information. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify your goals and how we can work together to achieve them.
