Great to meet you!

With over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I specialize in supporting people navigating LGBTQ+ identity, relationships, and the coming out process. Whether you're stepping into your identity for the first time, rebuilding after a difficult transition, or managing the stress and relationship challenges that come with trying to balance everything, you deserve a therapist who truly gets it. I bring warmth, directness, and a genuine investment in helping you feel more like yourself.

My approach to therapy

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework, which means we focus on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In practice, that's pretty straightforward: we identify what's getting in the way and work on it together. I also put a strong emphasis on practical communication skills and goal-setting, because I want you leaving sessions with tools you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask what brought you here, what you've been carrying, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. There's no pressure to have a perfectly articulated answer. Come as you are, and we'll build from there. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of direction and you'll know exactly what our work together will look like.
