Robin Reisert

I have enjoyed counseling for 40 years working with clients of all ages. Since graduate school I've specialized in trauma, counseled parents with their relationships with their children and helped couples deepen their connection as well as individuals dealing with various issues that are interfering with their life.

I help people who have experienced trauma resolve issues by knowing what to focus on and when so they can move on with their life. I only deal with the past where it effects your present life. It is rewarding to experience parent/child relationships as well as couples deepen their connections. And individuals who were stuck to move on to fully living their life.

My goal is to prioritize what you most need so you can move towards the life you desire. This is done at a pace that will require effort from you as I remain aware of your present emotional capacity. There will be structure as needed so that you leave each session with something to focus on during your week. The goal is to get you to where you want to be as quickly as possible and for you to feel safe as we deal with the difficulties that are blocking you.
