Great to meet you!

Welcome!

“You may be someone who holds it all together for everyone else, yet privately feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how things got this heavy.”

The willingness to look at your life honestly and seek change is a powerful first step. That kind of clarity takes courage. I’m really glad you’re here.

Life transitions, trauma, or ongoing stress can quietly wear you down. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering — a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported while also being challenged to grow. My style is direct, compassionate, and at times humorous.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface, identify patterns, and build practical tools that create real change.

My experience spans the full continuum of mental health care, including working with court-involved clients, youth in residential treatment, substance use and addiction services, adults in inpatient psychiatric care, doing family therapy, private practice, and school-based social work.

My approach to therapy

“I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals who appear steady on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. My approach combines trauma-informed care with practical skill-building to help you move from survival mode to stability, clarity, and confidence.”

What you can expect from me

Therapy works best when the relationship feels grounded and real. You can expect to feel heard, respected, and thoughtfully challenged.

I bring steady support, direct feedback, and practical strategies. Together, we will explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful forward movement.

Growth often requires stepping into discomfort, and I will help you do that in a way that feels safe and manageable.

I currently offer weekday evening telehealth appointments. If this approach feels aligned with what you’re looking for, I welcome you to schedule a free consultation.
