Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am Robin and I understand sometimes life can be difficult. As your therapist I strive to provide a safe space to explore problems, relationships, transitions, and past trauma. Together we can brainstorm ideas to work through your problems and move forward in this journey of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is providing a client-centered focus, which means the client determines the goals and pace of the their therapy services. Modalities of focus include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic Therapy. My areas of focus are complex trauma, addiction, crisis management, domestic violence, veterans populations, and relationship and family issues.

What you can expect from me

The client and I will collaborate to determine the goals and best outcomes for successful therapy services. Some clients may be undecided and unsure of what to expect from therapy and I will help guide them with information on possible goals based upon their presenting problems.
