Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience helping adults manage depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other emotional challenges.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that promote lasting growth and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe to be yourself, explore difficult experiences, and move toward the life you want to live.

I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build on the strengths you already possess.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology. My clients often tell me they appreciate that our sessions are both supportive and practical—they leave with a deeper understanding of themselves as well as concrete tools they can begin using immediately.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. There is no pressure to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin—that's what we'll work through together.

During our first session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I'll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, and strengths so I can better understand YOU —not just the problem.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and develop a plan that reflects your unique needs, values, and priorities. You'll leave our first session with a clearer understanding of your concerns, a sense of direction, and hope that meaningful change is possible.
