Great to meet you!

You’ve worried about your child long enough. She seems to be changing right before your eyes. You can’t put a finger on the reason she seems so angry, anxious or lacking self- confidence. Maybe your parent/ child relationship is a bit strained and you’re not sure how to even connect with her anymore. As a therapist, I help girls and young women understand their feelings and utilize effective coping skills. You don’t have to watch her struggle anymore. I’ve specialized in working with girls for the past 12 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

There a a number of reasons for anxiety and unhealthy self- esteem in girls. Girls experience peer pressure, life changes, school stress, peer relationships and social media influences. I believe that girls have the tools needed to tackle their issues. I'm here to make them aware of the strengths that they posses while they are young.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a nonjudgmental, warm and relaxing environment for girls to express themselves. I am committed to helping you and your daughter reach the goals that we set in our initial session. My clients are tired of getting the same results and they are ready for change. Let's work together to find solutions to emotional issues.
