Hello, my name is Robin! I have been an LMHC for 5 years and my practice focuses on women's issues throughout the lifespan. Whether it is guiding a recent graduate through the transition to adulthood, helping a new mom cope with the demands of parenthood, or walking with someone in the midst of grief, I am here to help you work through the unique challenges of your stage of life.
During our time together, I will utilize a blend of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy. A biblical perspective is also available, if requested. The techniques we use will engage both your mind and body in the healing process
