Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect, and at times we need a place to pause, process, and find our footing. Reaching out for therapy is a courageous step that I believe works best when you feel genuinely listened to, respected, and supported. I am a licensed therapist since 2015 with over 18 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate the challenging seasons of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based principles to help clients build on what is already working while developing new skills and perspectives to address concerns and promote meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're experiencing, and what you'd like to accomplish. We'll review your history, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you might have about the therapeutic process. We will then begin creating a plan tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a welcoming environment from our very first conversation and would be honored to support you on your journey.
