Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who creates a safe, supportive space where you can be honest, feel heard, and begin to heal. I specialize in helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges while strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and building greater confidence and clarity. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, burned out, or weighed down by painful experiences that still affect their daily life. My approach is practical, collaborative, and centered on meeting you where you are. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, or simply feeling ready for something to change, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you move toward healing, insight, and meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in meeting you where you are without judgment. I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, improve communication, and process difficult experiences in a way that feels manageable and supportive. I often work with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or reactive. At the same time, I believe therapy should go beyond simply getting through the week. I offer gentle but honest feedback to help you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, understand the impact of past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change that feels aligned with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what has been feeling difficult, whether that includes trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, communication problems, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll also talk about your goals and begin outlining a clear, collaborative path forward. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful, with a stronger sense of direction and what healing could look like for you.
