Great to meet you!

I currently have immediate openings for new patients seeking psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma symptoms, mood changes, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I take time to listen, understand what is going on, and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and individualized. Treatment may include medication management, education, supportive therapy, coping strategies, and shared decision-making.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I believe patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and involved in their treatment — not rushed, judged, or treated like a diagnosis on paper.

When we work together, I take time to understand what is happening in your life, what symptoms are affecting you, what has or has not worked in the past, and what you are hoping will feel different. Medication can be an important part of treatment, but I also believe education, realistic coping strategies, and trust are just as important.

I want patients to understand their options and feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to work with you to create a treatment plan that feels safe, realistic, and supportive. Healing looks different for everyone, and I believe good care starts with meeting you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Starting care can feel like a big step, and I want the process to feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible. Your journey begins with a free 15-minute phone screening so we can briefly talk about what you are looking for and make sure my services are a good fit for your needs.

If we decide to move forward, your first full intake session will be a collaborative conversation. We will talk about what has been going on, what symptoms or stressors are affecting your daily life, what has helped or not helped in the past, and what goals you have for treatment. We will also discuss whether medication may be appropriate and review options in a thoughtful, individualized way.

For parents, I also provide support in understanding how mental health symptoms may affect school functioning and can offer guidance on navigating the school system to help advocate for appropriate resources and support.

My goal is for you to leave the first session with more clarity, a better understanding of your options, and a treatment plan that feels realistic and tailored to you. Late evening and Saturday appointments are available, because getting support should not feel impossible to fit into your life.
