Great to meet you!

As a researcher and clinician, I focus on the intersection of identity, trauma, and resilience. My work in Greenland investigating suicide risk factors shaped my understanding of community health and recovery. In my clinical practice, I specialize in treating conditions like Borderline Personality Disorder and trauma-related threats to functioning, helping individuals reclaim their sense of self when it feels most fragmented.

My approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy alongside comprehensive psychological evaluations. Testing can include checking for Autism and ADHD. I believe clarity is the first step toward growth, and I use assessments to provide an evidence-based foundation necessary to navigate topics of mental health. I try to ensure clients have a precise understanding of their needs.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is open, integrative, and supportive, rooted in the belief that an authentic relationship is the driver of change. I leverage prolonged exposure, empathy, and deep analysis to help clients move through the complexities of recovery toward lasting stability. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you for in your work!
