That is my favorite quote, which guides my practice. I believe that we are continuously striving to a better version of ourselves. As a licensed professional counselor, it is my calling to provide grace, encouragement and equip you with the tools to navigate through life's challenges.

My approach to care is based on the ideals that you are unique. You deserve individualized interventions that look at both the current challenges you are facing as well as the underlying issues that could be contributing to these challenges.

We will work together toward a common goal, but you are the captain of the ship.
