Welcome! I specialize in crisis counseling, grief intervention, and trauma informed care which all spill over into everyday issues. I work with clients who are experiencing relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. My experience as as trauma social worker at Vanderbilt Medical Center's emergency department has equipped me with years of experience in helping clients through life's most challenging moments.

My approach is warm and direct, with a focus on finding solutions and strengths that come from within you.
