Great to meet you!

You might have experienced childhood trauma, a distressing single event and/or are overwhelmed by society's impossible demands placed on mothers or with being a neurodivergent brain in our neurotypical-dominant society. You might look like you have it all together (or not!); but either way, are overwhelmed and discouraged. You might be confused, dissociating, or have no idea how you feel.

Come as you are. However you are. You are so welcomed here.

You can experience wellness within even in the midst of your past (or present) circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is relational; and filled with empathy, curiosity, gentleness, and acceptance.

I help you nourish yourself back to well-being. We use body-based tools like the Trauma Resiliency Model, EMDR, and Restoration Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will warmly welcome you to my practice, firstly. We'll go over practice policies and the welcome packet that you've filled out ( reviewing the informed consent and discussing your reasons for coming to therapy now as well as what you hope to get from therapy).

I hear that I am very organic and gentle and active in session-- we will start with whatever is coming up for you right now (you don't need to have a plan or have it together). I will create a treatment plan in the first few sessions based on what you share, integrating in your goals and strengths for success in treatment. We will find a rhythm. And I'm honored to do this journey towards wellness with you.
