Great to meet you!

I graduated from Pace University in 2012 with my MS in Mental Health Counseling. I've been in the field of mental health for 8 years. I have worked with people who are addicted to illicit substances to children who struggle with ADHD and everything in between.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tend to utilize person centered therapy and CBT the most in order to help clients reach their highest potential. Despite these two approaches being my go to, I am eclectic in my approach. I will always utilize what is best for you.

What you can expect from our first session

I will always go at your pace. I don't think therapy works when the therapist drives the session. Together we will set goals, we will work on reactions to situations, and we will work on different ways to navigate life together.
