Great to meet you!

I believe every person has the inherent wisdom needed to live a fulfilling life. Sometimes we just need help connecting to those parts of ourselves. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#80168) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, iaedp approved supervisor (CEDS-S). I have held clinical and administrative roles in several prominent eating disorder, mental health and substance use disorder residential, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We'll use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, somatic or psychodynamic approaches to bring awareness to parts of yourself that need healing and compassion and implement practical coping strategies.

If you are struggling with an eating disorder, we will utilize a HAES (Health At Every Size) aligned approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Mind-body techniques will allow us to resolve trauma, manage emotions and address your inner critic so that you may shift your internal and external experiences.
