Great to meet you!

I graduated from Northwestern University in 2021 with a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling. I've spent the last three years working in a group practice specializing in treating eating disorders, exploring identity, and working with the BIPOC community addressing cultural issues that show up in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

Our childhoods, relationships, unconscious desires, fears, and dreams all shape our world and how we interact with it. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help clients make sense of their lives today with the information of the past. When we’re tapped into how we got to where we are, we can chip away at our old patterns and build new ones that support our whole self.

What you can expect from me

Instead of setting goals with my clients, I like to set intentions that allow the people I work with to explore the deepest parts of themselves. In a session with me, you can expect to feel seen, practice mindfulness, and integrate early life experiences to your current everyday life.
