Great to meet you!

I began my journey of self discovery as a fine artist, and creativity remains at the heart of how I view and experience the world. Art practice has offered me a way to access parts of myself that theory and intellect alone could not reach—and continues to shape how I support others. My training at Pacifica Graduate Institute deepened my commitment to a soulful, integrative approach to the therapeutic practice I offer now. I encourage a blend of self inquiry, creativity and psychology to help others reconnect with themselves in the most authentic and compassionate way possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in depth psychology, which values imagination, symbolism, and the language of the unconscious. I often integrate dreamwork, creative expression, and embodied awareness into our sessions, as the psyche communicates with images, sensations, and metaphors—especially when words fall short.

In this way we work together to invite deep exploration which honors the wisdom of your experience, viewing it not as a problem to be solved, but as messages from parts of yourself that have long gone unheard. The patterns we struggle with often begin as adaptations to early experiences—relationships that shape our sense of self, safety, and identity. Together, we’ll explore how those early bonds and unconscious dynamics continue to play out in your present life and current relationships.

I trust in the human capacity for transformation and believe your pain holds meaning. In our work together, I hold space for all parts of you—known and unknown, wounded and wise—trusting that healing often comes through allowing that which has been hidden to come into the light.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults navigating the emotional currents of inner conflict, unresolved trauma, and relational pain. Often, these issues manifest as fatigue, isolation, or a sense of feeling disconnected from the self and the world. We will work together to understand your needs more deeply—to trace the roots of your suffering and reclaim your inner life.

In our work, you’ll begin to reclaim a sense of wholeness—not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you already are beneath the layers of all that life has helped you to become. You don’t have to walk this path alone and I would be honored to embark on this journey together.
