Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health, and I specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life transitions. While perinatal mental health is a primary area of focus, I also work with a broad range of clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and identity or life changes.

Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally reactive, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or impacted by past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives and relationships. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore these challenges and build greater self-awareness and resilience.

My approach is trauma-informed and individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. I help clients develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and feel more grounded and confident in themselves and their roles.

My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported, empowered, and capable of creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment. I strive to create a space where people can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences while building practical tools for growth and healing.

My style is warm, direct, and supportive. I value authenticity and believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and honesty. I help clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and build greater self-awareness and confidence.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we identify goals, explore challenges, and work toward meaningful progress at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for the client.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you into therapy. We’ll review your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to gain from treatment, while also discussing any questions or hesitations you may have. I’ll explain how I work, and we’ll begin identifying initial goals. This session is paced to feel comfortable and supportive—there’s no pressure to share everything at once, and we’ll move at a level that feels safe for you.
