Great to meet you!

Compassionate Psychiatric Care in Florida | ADHD, Anxiety, Burnout, Sleep Disorders, Bipolar

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I believe successful treatment begins with creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about their experiences, challenges, and goals. I take time to truly listen, understand the full picture, and develop meaningful therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.

I specialize in working with busy professionals and their families who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, bipolar disorder, sleep concerns, and life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting healthcare workers, first responders, and individuals balancing high-pressure careers and demanding lifestyles.

My treatment process is thoughtful and individualized. During the initial evaluation, I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric assessment to better understand symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, stressors, and personal goals. Together, we create a treatment plan tailored to each client’s unique needs, which may include psychiatric medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, lifestyle strategies, and ongoing monitoring.

I focus on evidence-based, practical care that helps clients improve daily functioning, emotional wellness, focus, resilience, and overall quality of life. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and supported throughout every stage of treatment.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with Castleview Psychiatry & Therapy, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment focused on understanding your unique experiences and goals. The initial appointment is designed to help us get to know each other and build a strong foundation for your care.

We will spend time discussing your current concerns, symptoms, emotional health, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, stressors, sleep patterns, relationships, and any previous treatment experiences. I also want to understand what is working well in your life, what challenges you may be facing, and what goals you hope to achieve through treatment.

This session is collaborative and conversational — not rushed or impersonal. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns openly, and discuss treatment preferences. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that may include psychiatric medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, education, and recommendations tailored to your needs.

By the end of the visit, clients often leave with greater clarity, a better understanding of their symptoms and treatment options, and a plan for next steps moving forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable throughout the process.
