Great to meet you!

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to look through my profile! I have previous experience working with children as young as 5 all the way up to adults entering their late 70s. I have many specialties such as those struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Bi Polar, and substance use to name a few. In addition to this I am very skilled at conflict resolution, and assisting you in navigating any relationship conflicts. I am unapologetically proud therapist and advocate for LGTBQ+ populations, women, and people or color. If you find you are not in one of these populations that's okay too. Regardless of your walk in life you can expect my full respect, safety and support in session. My overall goal is to help YOU the individual. I like to think of myself as a lantern maker. You may think I'm guiding you with my own light, but the truth is I'm just helping you build your own lantern. The light has always been within you. Corny I know I got plenty of them :D book with me to hear more!

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person is different, so a blend of tools for you to take on your mental health journey are essential. My approach involves taking the many tools I have to create the best care for you.

What you can expect from me

First sessions will typically involve us getting to know each other. I'm definitely gonna ask a lot of questions so feel free to ask me some if you have any! During the initial session we will also discuss your goals and see how we can break them down into smaller ones. That's the key!
